Well, while the primary relations to facilitate on hoodheroes.co is between caring Citizens and B2C Companies, the latter are often afraid to or hindered in getting into or lifting their sustainability game. They therefore cry for professional support in the form of sustainability consultancy - whether to help them develop their strategy, branding, campaign, value chain or business/audience intelligence.

Fortunately, a vast ecosystem of actors awaits out there, who specialize in offering exactly those types of B2B services.

Therefore, 'hoodHeroes aims to facilitate the connection of companies and the best choices of consultancies & service providers for our client's respective needs.

At first as a matchmaking agent service, and later on automatically via the platform's matchmaking arena!

We are therefore opening up a Sustainability Consultancy Division of 'hoodHeroes, starting with me and you.

Responsibilities:

You will have a key role in co-building our brand new Sustainability Consultancy Division - i.e. be the driving analytical, structural and operational force in:

• Supporting the development of the company-to-consultancy strategy and business case

• Building the matchmaking system 

• Executing our “facilitation & consultancy" playbook and finding the best matches for our sustainability hungering clients.

The role requires that you are passionate about managing data, digging deep to uncover insights and potential for improvements across all key stakeholders and that you love automating and streamlining critical tools and processes around the company-to-consultancy user journey: 

1. From reaching out to & attracting consultancies and consultancy-needing companies,

2. Through to understanding and facilitating their matching needs/offerings, and

3. To delivering that sustainability consultancy service.

Your specific responsibilities is to:

• Support further development of the evaluation model, define and implement processes to continuously improve our customer experience.

• Conduct due diligence of potential service providers to verify match with company needs 

• Monitor operations, model performance and ensure a smooth customer onboarding.

• You will contribute largely to convert the division from a matchmaking agent service, to later an automated matchmaking arena on the hoodHeroes platform!

The qualified hero we are looking for:

• Experience in analytics, research and structuring key company processes.

• Structured, good with numbers and attention to detail.

• You are driven and get things done with a high level of integrity. 

• You can handle complexity and learn as you go along. 

• Passionate about building an ambitious, scalable, sustainable and viable international business, making an impact and interested in investing yourself accordingly.

• Motivated, positive, celebrate team victories and learnings

• Stamina and a growth mindset.

• Set goals and are eager to reach them.

• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

We are an early-stage, bootstrapped startup. Therefore, until we have sufficient investment funding or revenue, we cannot yet offer a fixed wage.
