TedxCopenhagen is looking for two individuals to join and lead development of our next main event in Autumn 2019, As Team Leads for the Experience team. The role as team lead in Experience is to build, guide and facilitate the teams through the processes and the event.
As part of TEDxCopenhagen, The Experience Team has the responsibility to develop the storylines, impressions and happenings that our guests will experience before, during and after the event. As Team Lead for Experience you will be the connecting the dots between the board and the whole experience team leading up to, and during the event.
We are looking for someone who has experience/knowledge of TEDx and has some experience as a project manager or event manager; someone experienced in leading and motivating others. But you should also be ready to get your hands dirty in the project with the rest of the team if nessesary.

In this role, you have a lot of say in the creation and execution of our next main event and will be working closely with the Board. Typically, you will have a 1-2 regular weekly meetings for 1-2 hours.
Meetings is a group effort and you may be responsible for the agenda of it.
