At Mindjumpers you will have the pleasure of working with some of the best brands in the world, including LEGO Group, M&M’s, Arla, Carlsberg Group and Telenor.

The Job

As
 a Tech Manager, you will be working with a variety of digital platforms within the social media space. You will be responsible for supporting and onboarding clients and internal teams to third party tools.

Furthermore, you will administer our IT infrastructure across the company – meaning everything from our servers, website to technical tasks related to the daily operation.

This position requires an individual that goes above and beyond to service our clients and support our internal team.

Mindjumpers is a flat structured organisation which means that you will work closely with management and have a say in the decisions made. You will use your knowledge in a growing and successful company with strong international relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting clients using large scale administrative, groupware and Omni-channel marketing systems
• Client support via email and calls
• Planning and execution of onboardings to third party tools (e.g. Facebook, Percolate and other networks)
• Setting up and maintaining workstations (primarily Mac OS)
• Maintaining and continuously improving our IT infrastructure
• Maintaining servers (Linux and Windows-based) and other IT infrastructure
• Monitoring and improving back-up processes of relevant data in the company

You

• A positive mindset, you like to solve problems and are service-minded by nature
• Eager to learn and quick to pick up how to operate different kinds of digital systems
• Excellent general IT literacy
• Knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of Linux server operations through SSH
• Experience with managing computers
• Fluent in English, since not all of your co-workers will speak Danish
