Create compelling design presentations and lead TIA towards new design standards

And do you love setting the standards for designing great software? Then you are the kind of person we are looking for to join TIA Technology leading our overall design strategy. 

As UI Design Lead at TIA, you will get a unique opportunity to manage and define how we should work with UI design and user experience. You will be the key person defining and designing the user experience from initial idea to final product. In between this, we expect that you can turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an agile environment and later create attractive design prototypes and other communication artifacts. TIA is growing, and so is the number of presentations for our customers! 

TIA is a global company and you will collaborate with competent and inspiring colleagues in both Lithuania and Denmark – some travelling must be expected. You can work out of the office in Virum or Copenhagen.  

UX/UI in the TIA Solution

TIA creates standard software and services providing the foundation for the digital journey of insurance companies to meet their requirements for business efficiency. You will have a crucial role in supporting and guiding the development team that creates the TIA solution and you will be working closely with the product owners, product management and the development teams to ensure that your ideas are being turned into an actual product. We are currently embarking on a project to deliver new SaaS offerings using the latest technologies and we need a person with proven design experience to lead the way. 

About you 

We expect that you have at least 5-8 years of design experience for enterprise software/services. This experience is important in terms of demonstrating your ability to create compelling design presentations and leading TIA towards new design standards. We will focus on your capacity to lead the new strategy as well as doing the groundwork in gathering sufficient user and customer feedback to choose between a solid collection of outcomes and design intermediaries and deliverables (especially flows, mockups, and prototypes). You should be able to work independently and with product owners based on UX/UI design principles, patterns and framework(s). Solid skills in creating wireframes quickly and turning these into HTML/CSS are required.
