The opportunity

To join our team in Copenhagen, we are excited to welcome a User Experience Associate driven by the desire to optimize our tester experience and ensure high quality tests where flow, authenticity and information control is in focus. As more, you will get a chance to see and impact the transition from a Growth company to an established company, and will be part of establishing innovations

As User Experience Associate your focus will be on aligning and improving the user journey where psychological understanding is key. Once the testers are recruited, you are given the responsibility of the whole process of ensuring their videos are ready to be analyzed. As more you will help ensure this through an overall understanding of the business and experiment with optimizing through e.g. external content writers, visuel ads etc. You will have the possibility to develop and grow into building and managing a user experience team.


Daily tasks

  • Ensure deadlines are met and manage user experience projects from A-Z
  • Design the information and flow from when a tester is recruited until they take the test and design these with cultural aspects in mind
  • Be present globally and create tester sessions for all cultures
  • Develop capture methods and collect data from 52+ markets around the world
  • Optimizing video conversion and tester success rate
  • Help ensure our tester videos have the highest quality level due to well informed testers

Requirements

  • Analytical psychological understanding especially with a focus on cultural differences
  • Knowledge and work experience within marketing and user experience
  • Interest within the tech area in order to understand the test setups
  • Preferably some experience within leadership
  • Full proficiency in Danish and English both written and verbally

  • Ability to work independently and must possess a strong can-do attitude
  • “Switched on” drive and a desire to improve our user experience
  • Well-structured and analytical approach to work tasks
  • Able to work in collaboration with other functions within operation to ensure overall improvement
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where prioritising is key
  • Lack of fear of failing – one of our key mantras is ‘fail fast’, we need to be constantly experimenting
