Cyrix is a newly AI startup company in Copenhagen that helps businesses to turn customer data into real business value. To do that, we are developing our own digital personalization platform that provides companies with a 360-degree customer profiling, advanced analytics tools on customer-facing processes and touchpoints. These insights enable us to deliver our clients real-time orchestration of their customer journey and delivery of continuous intelligence to conduct effective campaigns. Cyrix is now looking for a UX designer (intern) who can support the company to develop the wireframe as well design the front-end of a new personalization platform

As an intern UX designer, you’ll be part of shaping and developing our UX experience and ensure the quality of our design and usability. You’ll be reporting to the CTO and CEO and will act as a vital link between the UX design, the Customer Engagement team, and the development. We are a team of 6 people who would love to have a UX designer intern on our team to support us on the development of our front-end activities. 

What type of candidate are we looking for?

• Experience from roles/project work such as UX Designer, UI Designer or other similar roles 
• Ability to have a holistic overview of a product design and create sitemaps /wireframes
• Design experiences across different screen-types and sizes (e.g. app/ web) - consistency scenarios
• Experience working with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and prototyping tools
• Understanding of and ability to apply user-behavioral patterns
• Some kind of experience working within the retail or car dealer in order to understand the needs of our clients within UX
• Ability to work in an open, friendly, and informal organization where humor thrives

You primary tasks include:

• Collaborate with our back-end developers and Customer Engagement team to implement new features and design changes
• Explore and describe creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find-ability)
• Communicate design ideas and concepts to developers using visual material
• Conduct user research and testing
• Interpret the design onto all of the supported platforms
• Developing user stories catering to customer needs and new must-have features
• Keep the organization up-to-date on UX trends
