We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic UX designer to join our growing and ambitious team here at Moneyflow - an exciting new Fintech company based in Copenhagen. Experience design is core to our digital service and therefore we are growing our design team.

Who we expect you are

• An experienced UX design having had held at least one position in a full-time role

• Passionate about understanding human behaviour and have a great ability to empathise with a diverse range of users and situations

• Comfortable speaking to customers in interviews/tests and over the phone

• Fluent in both Danish and English

• Skilled in using a range of design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma etc. plus open to learning new ones

• Confident in expressing your ideas to others

• Open to taking on a diverse range of tasks within the design/product development area

• Able to problem-solve and move forward on tasks with minimal input from others

• Easily adaptable to change

• Have complete an education in User experience or another relevant subject

What we expect you will do

• Work together closely with other designers as part of a close team led by our director of UX/Product

• Analyse and synthesise complex requirements into tangible designs and job stories

• Engage with developers on how to implement new features and optimisations

• Create explorative sketches/prototypes for complex flows

• Conduct qualitative and quantitive user research

• Participate in and over time, conduct objective-driven design workshops
