UX Interaction Designer for App Development

We are looking for a UX Interaction Designer who is motivated to make impact, to work closely with our UX and development team under the guidance of our CXO Chief Experience Officer.  You will especially get this special chance to work alongside and learn from a very experienced and very cool CXO who has recently re-located to Malmo all the way from California!

With IMPACTR, you will have the chance to be with us from the very beginning and have a real stake in building something very significant! 

Innovative design is an absolute priority for us and this key role in our startup is to creatively collaborate to develop and build the interaction design of our social app. Think radical but intuitive, we are exploring new paradigms to create the cutting edge.

Our UX Interaction Designer will

• Understand user experience, use cases and is able to create user stories in order to make logical, intuitive and effective user flows. 
• Understands how to design to business requirements but also challenge them at the same time, to optimise the overall outcome. They enjoy finding edge cases and tackling low hanging fruit. They also are intrigued and understand about back-end flow, and have aptitude for how those systems work. 
• Have prototyping skills with the tool that works best for them, for example it could be Adobe Xd and INVISION.  We also may expect some visual design through Sketch.
• Be in tune with the latest capabilities out there for motion design, for example loaders or component animations for bringing delight to some functionally of the app.   
• We are looking for a more conceptual and technical mindset, a person who can conceptualise ideas into tangible prototypes.

As part of building this social revolution together, you will actively bring your ideas forward and be always curious, continuously researching and utilising the latest innovations in the interaction design field.

We are open to those who have skills and experiences from different backgrounds that can be transferrable to our cause! We believe skills can be learned but passion you are born with!

Career Growth Opportunity

Initially, this is a project-based freelance or internship role for 3-6 months, which is unpaid, where we will build our first MVP and initial versions/iterations of the platform together as a project team. Depending on how things go during that time we could see a potential opportunity for a more permanent role in 9-18mths from now as the company grows.
