We are looking for a highly-motivated Videographer to join our team. Launching in October 2019, Impactr is set to be an innovative new digital platform connecting the entire sustainability ecosystem to become the world’s first social media marketplace for sustainability. We are seeking highly motivated Impactrs to join our team and accelerate the sustainability revolution together.

Working closely with the marketing and design team, you will be responsible for developing and growing Impactr’s video content. You will have the opportunity to brainstorm with the team and conceptualize new ideas, shooting video, and editing content captured in both outdoor and indoor environments.

This position requires the ability to collaborate with the team to autonomously work on video content so that it is delivered in a timely manner. You should be conscious of Impactr’s aesthetics/branding and our different audiences for various B2B and B2C communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a steady flow of video content for use across Impactrs digital channels, including website and social, as well as events and media channels.
• Responsible for shooting, editing and assisting in production
• Communicating with other creatives in brainstorming and developing new ideas
• Responsible for shooting interviews, editorial and features, and live events.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be open to new ideas and enjoy working with a creative and commercial team
• Demonstrated experience of conceptualizing and producing video content for B2B and B2C audiences, with creative flair.
• Proficiency in video editing software tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Self-motivated, creative, well-organized. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be familiar with online and social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress, Wix, and Squarespace)
• A team-player able to work independently and multi-task under tight schedules.
• Visualizing and shooting concepts effectively. Ability to interpret communication briefs to conceptualize engaging and creative story-telling through short-form video
• Post-production editing
• Photoshoot planning (experience scouting locations, art direction, scheduling, lighting & renting equipment)
• Experience with lighting and shooting on video, DSLRs and other HD cameras
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Danish preferable 
• Must be based in Copenhagen
