We're looking for the person who is very familiar with their browser's Web Inspector – whether it's inspecting the code, going through all of the media requests, writing to the console or going through the timeline for the rendered layout.

Our website is built on Shopify with [UIkit](https://getuikit.com/docs/introduction) as our frontend framework.

### We expect that the right candidate has

- Passion for web development and programming.

- Experience in working with Shopify themes and their templating language [Liquid](https://shopify.github.io/liquid/).

- Confidence with HTML5, CSS & JavaScript and jQuery.

- Written code from scratch.

- Experience with testing and debugging work on multiple browsers & screen sizes.

- API integrations.

- Experience in working with e-commerce sites.

### ...and extra points if they have

- Experience with either [Shopify Scripts](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/apps/apps-by-shopify/script-editor/shopify-scripts) (a simplified version of Ruby) or the Ruby language itself.

- Experience with other programming languages, such as PHP, SQL etc.

- Knowledge of web analytics and experience implementing and testing tags.

- Worked with performance/speed optimization, identifying bottlenecks and lowering load time, page size and amount of requests.
