About the Job:

Chronic health conditions affect two out of every three adults during their lifetime, resulting in substantial costs for companies and society as a whole. Unfortunately, existing employee health check programs are inadequate, with a mere 50% adoption rate even when offered for free. At our venture, we believe in the power of prevention over reaction, aiming to make C-level health checks more accessible to a wider range of employees.

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Entrepreneur in Residence (Co-Founder) with a strong background in B2B to join us on an exciting and transformative journey. Together, we will reshape the healthcare landscape in the Nordics and across Europe. By leveraging the latest advancements in medical science and innovative blood markers, we will focus on preventive measures to improve overall well-being, enhance workforce productivity, reduce absenteeism, and lower healthcare costs.

Join this venture, as you will be leading our B2B strategy, establishing connections with top-tier corporations, and shaping our market approach. This role encompasses strategic planning and execution, ensuring our value proposition resonates with the target audience.

Job requirements

About You:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.

• Familiarity with GDPR, particularly concerning employee data and privacy.

• Knowledge of tax regulations related to employee benefits.

• Proven record of accomplishment in corporate sales, with experience in HR/Employee benefits sales being a plus.

• Prior entrepreneurial experience, preferably as a Founder, Co-Founder, or in a leadership position in a corporate setting.

• Passion and a deep understanding of health and preventive treatments are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy, establishing connections with top-tier corporations.

• Drive direct B2B sales of health and well-being corporate benefit packages by engaging with corporate executives such as CEOs, HR professionals, and CFOs.

• Strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives to maximize the adoption of our offerings.

• Define the ideal customer profile and develop a decisive Go-To-Market strategy.

• Build and nurture relationships with pension companies, positioning the corporations you engage with as potential clients.

• Lead the development of our value proposition, product/service offerings, and their successful introduction to the market.

• Design and refine the business and operational models of the company.

• Oversee the recruitment and hiring processes to expand our team.

• Spearhead the development of our company culture and values.

Practical Information:

This is a project-based role, collaborating with our Venture Building team. You will have the opportunity to engage with KRING's Speedbooting methodology, which accelerates the venture journey and fosters sustainable growth through our zebra model.

• Timeline: Ongoing interviews with a final application deadline of February 24th. The start date is flexible based on finding the right candidate.

• Location: We are open to working with talent worldwide, but founders must be willing to be in Copenhagen for at least a three-month validation phase. Our office is located at Ragnagade 7, 2100 Københav.
