What does a Finance Student Assistant do? 

You'll engage in debt collection, maintain customer contact, provide progress reporting, and use your problem-solving skills to address any concerns by customers or the Finance Specialist. 

A Finance Assistant plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the financial operations of a company through debt collection, contacting customers and progress reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will entail:

• Contacting our customers via phone or email to ask about outstanding debt. 
• Going through e-conomic (our accounting system) & Eupry’s Admin Panel (our own internal digital resource system) to find details about the customer
• Defining the customers concern or issues and presenting this in detail to the Finance Specialist or CEO
• Problem solving 

About You

Our Finance Assistant needs to be persistent, reliable and a diligent record-keeper, as well as someone who communicates with discretion and ease. Furthermore, if you recognise yourself in some of the points below, we would be excited to learn more about you!

• Professional English  
• Professional Danish
• Computer Literacy
• It will be an advantage if you get a kick out of problem-solving, and if you’ve had previous experience within finance 
• Knowledge of e-conomic will be an additional advantage

Only candidates studying in Copenhagen and in possession of a valid work licence will be considered eligible for the position. 

About the team

Eupry's team consists of over 20 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food and other sensitive goods are stored and transported.
