Role Summary:

As a Research Intern at Themison, you will play a crucial role in our research initiatives aimed at understanding patient behavior and mitigating patient attrition in clinical trials. Your work will support the development of strategies and solutions to improve patient retention and engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research that has the potential to reshape the future of clinical trials and patient care with A.I.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to patient attrition and behavioral insights in clinical trials.

• Spearhead the research into key pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and clinical trial sites in Denmark and Europe, creating a database of contacts including clinical operations managers, trial managers, etc., for potential interviews and partnerships.

• Assist in designing and implementing research studies, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis.

• Collaborate with the product development team to translate research findings into actionable A.I driven insights for product enhancement.

• Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders.

• Participate in team meetings to provide research support and insights.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in A.I, clinical trials, patient engagement, and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in Life Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field with a keen interest in behavioral science, AI, and healthcare innovation.

• Strong interest in clinical trials, patient engagement, and healthcare innovation.

• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in data collection and analysis, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with research software and tools is a plus.

• Danish is not required.
