You will be part of our small but tight-knit Marketing team

Hopefully, you know what marketing is – in our department, we do all of that. We own the communication from the first touch, to prospects becoming loyal customers. We are actively pursuing some of the biggest companies in the world, which means we need to be targeted in our campaigns… but we’re no experts, yet 🤓 That’s why we need you – an Account Based Marketing virtuoso, a Picasso of targeting. You get the picture; Someone who can help us craft targeted, personalized campaigns towards the leading food and agriculture companies in the world. It’s your chance to put Reshape on the map in a rapidly changing space.

Equally important about us: we’re a small tight-knit team consisting of 2 ½ people (two full-time and one part-time) as of today, so we’re looking for someone highly collaborative and who can make decisions in uncharted areas, as that is where we are. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to do great, meaningful things while having a good time.

The purpose of the role

As our very first ABM hire, you'll lead the development and execution of our ABM strategy to contribute to the bottom line. We find ourselves in a traditionally conservative industry, which means there is plenty of opportunity to stand out. And we need someone who can help us cut through the noise, engage key accounts, and contribute to our growth.

We’re a startup. Your responsibilities can vary, but will all be impactful. Yes, that can be a bit chaotic at times but we are looking for someone that’s excited by this environment. Your main responsibilities will be centered around building and executing ABM campaigns towards targeted accounts. In other (and more) words, that means identifying specific R&D segments, crafting memorable campaigns, creating easy to follow campaign funnels, which generate pipeline and ARR. That sort of stuff – we’re not the experts, so we’re looking for someone that is!

This is what you will be doing:

• Lead the development and execution of Reshape’s ABM strategy, targeting key accounts in Europe and the US in the agriculture and food sectors.

• Design and execute ABM campaigns that are multi-touch and multi-channel, driving performance, awareness, and engagement to support the sales pipeline.

• Work closely with Sales and other departments to align strategies, ensuring targeted and cohesive messaging across ABM campaigns.

• Define and analyze KPIs to refine strategies, providing insights to the commercial team on ABM trends and campaign performance to drive growth.
