Role Overview: 

We seek an ambitious, experienced Head of Sales to lead our Sales and Customer Success teams from our Danish headquarters. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is central to our European strategic expansion, starting with Denmark, the UK, and the Nordics. The successful candidate will drive our growth strategy, focusing on scaling our proven solutions to new heights in both established and emerging markets. This role is crucial in ensuring we continue to deliver on our key performance indicators (KPIs), which are essential for securing venture investment for larger international expansion later this year. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategically expand the sales team to accelerate revenue growth across key European markets. 

  • Enhance and refine our outbound sales model by robustly integrating product-led growth (PLG) elements and partnerships with indirect channels. 

  • Pioneer and evolve inbound sales strategies to complement and diversify our market approach. 

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to implement data-driven strategies that optimize sales performance and market penetration, leveraging our advanced AI/ML and LLM technologies. 

  • Ensure the productivity of the Sales and Customer Success teams, focusing on continuous improvement and development of key performance indicators to drive success and meet business goals. 

  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture within the Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment with our core values and business objectives. 


 Qualifications: 

  • Proven leadership in scaling SaaS businesses internationally in a B2B context. Experience in privacy management or related sectors is advantageous but not required. 

  • Demonstrable experience in driving sales in markets with complex regulatory environments, preferably within the mid to upper range of the SMB market. 

  • Proficient in using sales and marketing automation tools to drive efficiency and results. Experience with HubSpot would be particularly advantageous. 

  • A data-centric approach to decision-making and strategy development in sales. 

  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating teams to exceed their targets. 

  • Excellent command of English; additional European languages are advantageous.
