Responsibilities

Closely work with clients with AI and bots opportunity mapping and deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize their needs into priorities, mockups, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ship features, coordinating development activity and tracking progress of projects

Optimize teams’ workflows which will allow them to iterate more quickly and ship quality bots, by building better tools to enable continuous deployment.

Requirements

BS or MS in computer science or similar experience as a Software Engineer, Designer or startup Founder

Experience as a UX Designer/ Product Owner / Manager

Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions

Deep understanding and empathy for users

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Build cross functional relationships and manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams

Intrigued/ fascinated by AI and its potential impact on the world we live in
