We are looking for an experienced app developer to develop simulation games. The CTO role is a possibility for the right candidate.

Do you want to define the next generation of simulation games?

We are building a revolutionary new platform for simulation-based learning games. Our first product is a project simulator for training project managers, similar to how pilots learn to fly in a flight simulator.

Our Proof-of-Concept has received massive interest from major international organisations, and we are now looking for a talented lead developer to implement the simulation framework and our first product, based on a completed design. Starting date for the position is October 1st or as soon as possible thereafter.

Personality

• You are passionate about working in a start-up environment
• You are ready to embrace the tasks needed to bring our first product to market
• You have a very strong analytical mindset, naturally paying attention to detail
• You are independent and can work on goals and tasks without detailed guidance, when needed

Skills

• You have experience in app development for iOS and web
• You can build a simulation framework based on mathematical models, FSM, A* and similar.
• You can work with 2D graphics and audio API's in Unity
