At EvoPlexus Medics ApS, we focus on Precision Medicine and Individualised Healthcare using AI, Machine Learning, Big Data etc. (We have our own patent pending Machine Learning platform). We are looking for a Business Development Intern for a period of 3 months, who can support us understanding the market, generate leads and tweak/help build a SaaS application based on the strong technical foundation Evoplexus has been built on.
Based on a good level of understanding of our product offering (which you will learn on the job) you will both research and suggest pricing & business models and armed with that knowledge you will target relevant customer segments and do outbound sales activities (with plenty of freedom to be creative). Your ultimate goal will be to convert leads into (demo) meetings.
Your tasks may also include doing work to support inbound sales leads, such as working with published material via mail, web, social media etc.
Candidate's responsibilities:
B2B lead generation by doing data mining and market research
Convert leads into (demo) meetings
Identify and establish partnerships
Perform market research
Support Social Media activities and monitor performance to optimise content
Learn and improve alongside the company’s core team members
Be actively part of business strategy meetings
We offer a flexible working schedule, but it is important that you at least check your email inbox every day and answer relevant emails without delay. It is expected that you work 4 days a week.
For the right candidate it will be possible to work remotely.
Since many unforeseen tasks may pop up during the early phases of a start-up, it is important that you are willing and prepared to deal with various unforseen tasks that may come up, and that you for this reason have a very clear "can-do" attitude.
Candidate's requirements:
Bachelor or Masters in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
Interest in working for a start-up and within the medical/healthcare technology field(s)
Experience with or some knowledge of a CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot)
Good understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles
Analytic mindset and approach to solving tasks
Strong communication, editing, and writing skills
Good interpersonal and team working skills
Exhibits personal initiative and independence
Fluent in written and spoken English, and one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian). Other languages is plus
Interest and motivation to be make your mark on the company’s business development
