We are searching for a business development intern joining the mission of conquering the European market of innovation- and trend intelligence. You will learn how to build and finance a startup from scratch while supporting us in crucial sales and fundraising activities.

YOUR ROLE

Sales:

- Support us in lead qualification, positioning, and detecting new market opportunities

Fundraising:

- support us in our fundraising activities: get a deep understanding of the angel investor landscape and help us with evaluation of potential investors as well as preparation of investment material and communication strategy.

- find out about Europe-wide public funding opportunities (e.g. H2020) and learn how to communicate with involved stakeholders

SKILLS REQUIRED 

- Interested in trend intelligence and a desire to learn B2B sales

- Analytical mindset and great research skills

- Fluent spoken and written English

- Familiar with Google Slides & Google Docs

- A hands-on approach with a get-things-done attitude

- Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision 

EXTRA POINTS (not required) IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Basic knowledge in trend research, business intelligence or innovation management

- Knowledge or experience in B2B sales

- Knowledge or experience in fundraising

- Basic level of German

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Starting date: November / December 2017

The Internship is an unpaid learning experience for a minimum of 3 months.

Minimum of 15h/week, flexible working times.
