We’re looking for a talented Chief Marketing Officer that is ready to take our marketing operations to the next level and get us closer to our goal of bringing positive change to society.

As our new Chief Marketing Officer you’ll be leading a dedicated team consisting of technical marketeers, content creators and designers. You’ll also be an important part of the management team where you have all the support you need in terms of defining and assessing new strategies.

Your responsibilities include our two product lines, Spiir and Nordic API Gateway. While Spiir is a consumer facing product, Nordic API Gateway is a SAAS B2B product. The combination of these product lines gives you the best of both worlds as you’ll work with both consumers as well as businesses.

• As our new CMO we expect you to:
• Define and improve our market messages and value propositions.
• Identify strong demand channels and build the proper customer acquisition funnels.
• Negotiate partnerships that will multiply our go-to market efforts.
• Build and execute marketing plans and market strategies.
• Define CAC, LTV and retention to build better budgets and updates.
• Build up a team filled with talent that supports our ambitious strategy.
• Establish strong data-driven analytical processes and decision making in all aspects of our marketing and customer acquisition.

Required skills and experience:

• +3 years leadership experience from previous jobs. You’re a firm and structural decision maker with great respect of your colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to seek out the right win-win partnerships.
• You’re a storyteller and conceptual thinker with an emphasis on the bigger picture.
• You have an embedded focus on market research and proven track record of such.
• Demonstrated experience with branding, concept development, go-to partnerships, market research and marketing plans, including social media and funnel hacking.
• Technical and data-driven mindset.
• You’re a growth hacker by nature and therefore always looking for the next unsaturated channel for growth.
• High performer with clear goal setting strategies and achievements
• You have a track record of growth and successful marketing plans.

Located in the center of Aarhus, Spiir and Nordic API Gateway offers a vibrant and low-key workplace with flexible working hours. We have no silos. No business versus IT or marketing versus product. We work together to achieve our goals and we celebrate our successes with a beer or two on Fridays.
