After acquiring the leading data provider for the opera market, we have now started the development of our third generation tool to capitalize on all our previous learning. 

Together with our current 260 opera house clients, 500 agencies and thousands of signed up artists, we want our product to truly leverage our first mover advantage and thereby become the go-to platform and tool for professionals in opera and classical music. 

You will lead the creation of an all-new user experience for all of these users who we will be moving to a new platform during the spring of 2019.

YOUR TASKS

• Key member of the executive team defining and driving the global vision and accompanying road map for all of Truelinked’s products, systems & services. These services and systems are responsible for supporting the processes and goals of our main stakeholders, artists, arts organization staff and agents. 
• Interact closely with aforementioned stakeholders to translate user needs into tangible and value creating product offerings 
• Bring expertise with analyzing and understanding organic behavior and actions, to improve and optimize our models and approaches of understanding users. 
• Lead cross-functional efforts to expand our sources of data and knowledge, and identify new vectors to program innovative experiences. 
• Build, maintain and expand our user-facing features that directly leverage our position as the current market leader, including things like an automated booking process, industry specific BI among others. 
• Work closely together with our CTO in translating your “why” into his “how”. 
• Manage, inspire, and grow the existing product organization with new extraordinary talent. 
• We prefer the right candidate over your location. Frequent visits at our Copenhagen office is to be expected.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have 10+ years experience managing and developing well-loved software products as a Product Manager. You’ve had many experiences defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and enabling significant scale-up. 
• You have 5+ years experience in managing Product Managers and a portfolio of multiple products and teams. 
• Deep understanding of user interface (UI) and product trends both mobile and web platform 
• You are commercially focused and a compelling storyteller with experience in communicating concepts and ideas internally to to engineers and creatives alike as well as externally to users. 
• You simplify rather than complicate. 
• You have good instincts but match that with deep analytical thinking to focus on the things that matter most, and always attempt at making data available to support decisions. 
• You have an understanding of and strong interest in platforms and marketplaces where demand and supply need to balance for substantial value creation to kick in. 
• You have a proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts.
