Working closely with our CEO, Tech Team and other relevant internal/external stakeholders, you will provide unrivalled technical leadership across all departments in the business ensure that our technology choices can support our ambitious growth plans in the long run

We are still a small team and while skills and experience are important to us, a solid cultural fit will be equally weighted in the evaluation process. We work hard but we enjoy having fun while we’re at it.

As Chief Technology Officer at Lenus eHealth you will:

Create and monitor the company’s technical strategy ensuring alignment with business goals
Assist internal departments with the selection and usage of technology
Oversee system infrastructure to ensure functionality, while eliminating inefficiencies
Implement quality assurance and data protection processes while continuously monitoring agreed upon KPIs
Gather and use information from stakeholders to guide technological improvements
Communicate overall tech strategy to partners and investors

We expect the future CTO of Lenus eHealth to:

Demonstrate proven experience in tech leadership in a similar role
Possess knowledge of competitive landscape and tech trends to build strategy
Have a thorough understanding of budgeting and business planning
Be an outstanding communicator
Bring a positive can-do attitude to every challenge and obstacle faced
Enjoy working in a dynamic team of youthful, ambitious professionals
