BalancAir is a medtech and digital health startup developing a new generation of novel, digital enabled, consumer devices for treatment of migraine. We are currently looking for a marketing and customer support profiles that wants to join our fast growing team of experienced entrepreneurs and help build a world class marketing and customer support machine from the bottom up.

We are looking for exceptional, organized, positive and empathic Communications & Social Media Specialist to help launch and grow the sales of our new drug free migraine treatment consumer product. You will help shape BalancAir’s image in the market from day 1 by engaging with migraine patients and the migraine treatment community and provide value through world class migraine information, treatment resources, product demonstrations, etc.

Your main responsibility will be to talk with both current and potential customers as well as other migraine patients and treatment specialists across multiple channels from email to Facebook and at exhibitions and events. The growth of BalancAir will heavily dependent on positive word-of-mouth from customer to customer and a superior customer service and support will be critical. A key part of your job will therefore be to ensure that new customers get started right and have such an outstanding experience using our products that they want to share it with their friends.

With currently less than 10 people in BalancAir, you will be an early joiner and will therefore have a unique opportunity to be right in the middle of the action and be part of everything that goes on from marketing and support to development and production.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively engage with migraine patients and migraine treatment specialists on email, chat, phone, Facebook, Twitter, QA sites, in-person and everything in between
• Ensure that our customers get the best experience possible using our products by providing close support before and after purchase.
• Offer value to all migraine patients coming in contact with BalancAir by offering general migraine information, give treatment tips, help clarify any questions and referring them to our world class migraine blog, videos and infographics.
• Managing our social media accounts
• Analyze customer feedback and provide critical input to help shape our marketing efforts and product development.
• Work closely with our content creators to help coordinate marketing campaigns and prioritize content.
• Stay on top of the latest trends within migraine research and treatment so you can provide the best possible support to the community.

What you bring:

• Strong expertise and experience in customer support and engagement
• A passion for engaging in a community, listening to customer stories and providing real value and support to customers.
• Experience in engaging with customers across multiple channels: Chat, email, phone etc.
• Strong experience working with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Quora, etc. as well as the ability to quickly learn and master new digital platforms.
• Ability to collect and analyze customer feedback and draw conclusions and recommendations for potential changes to marketing, product, etc.
• A hands-on approach – We expect you to solve our customers problems and get things done, no matter the obstacles, both alone but also in collaboration with the rest of the team.
• You have previous and relevant experience from a similar role and preferably recommendations from other jobs or projects.
• Interest in your personal development and a willingness to learn and teach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Danish & English is a must.
• Strong command of other languages is a huge plus!
