Sp8ces is looking to change where we work and meet. We transform the restaurants and hotels most beautiful spaces, that are not used during day, into a network of inspiring work lounges where entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and employees from small and big companies can work and have informal meetings.

Sp8ces is looking for a Community and Partnership Associate for an internship of minimum 3 months. We prefer full-time, but are also open for part-time candidates, if you have the right profile.

You will have two main tasks, which includes working on both sides of our platform:

1) Help create a welcoming and collaborative community environment among our members through both physical and digital activities. Help build an interesting catalogue of additional benefits for our members.

2) Maintain, service and build our relationship with our partners; mainly hotels and restaurants.

You will work closely with our founder team, our event and content manager and our partner in Århus. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and their guests / check in members.
• Be point of contact.
• Cover “front desk” during some of our business hours in certain locations.
• Show location and pitch concept to walk-ins.
• Communicate with current and potential members over chat.
• Answer member enquiries and member-related issues.
• Participate and assist in organizing of events.
• Build and engage our online community.
• Find relevant topics, drive engagement and get to know our members. Drive digital community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions and communications.
• Identify potential partnerships (eg. Discounts) that can be attractive and of benefit to our members and make deals with those companies.
• Engage and communicate with our partner locations. Help them attract more visits and improve their offering and benefits.   Get feedback and build relations. 

Experience and Requirements

• You have customer service experience at high level.
• You have exceptional relationship building skills. Strong verbal and communication skills.
• You have experience with building communications and network through digital channels.
• You have a passion for entrepreneurial communities.
• You have a passion for what Sp8ces are trying to build.
• You have a high level of integrity, empathy, dependability, service flair and responsibility.
• You know that in an early phase startup things are rapidly changing and we are all helping each other – even outside the job description.

In will be a huge benefit if you are fluent in Danish - both verbal and written. We will consider extraordinary candidates that are fluent in English as well.
