Community Supporter Germany

Join the team making Momio – the first mobile social media for kids! Together with Community Managers and Community Supporters you will make sure that Momio is safe and fun for the users. The job is perfect for a student.

Your tasks will be:
• Answering support emails from users and their parents
• Keeping our users safe working with SAFEGUARD – Momio’s safety system and processes
• Occasionally translating short texts from English to German

You will work with our German-speaking communities. You need to be fluent in written German on a native level. Being interested in online safety is more important than your previous work experience, but it will be an advantage if you have experience with customer service or working with children.

You will mainly work evenings, weekends and holidays. It’s extremely important that you are flexible even with a short notice. Most weeks you will work 8-12 hours. During the holidays of our Community Manager, you will work up to 37 hours a week, some of it during daytime.

You will be able to work most of your hours from home but we expect to see you at the Copenhagen office at least once a month.
