That is why, WE NEED YOU! We are looking for our first country manager who is passionate about making a difference in the relocation industry, enjoys messy businesses and is a creative leader looking for a new challenge.

Country Manager Role

As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for LifeX’s growth and brand in Denmark. This includes scouting supply, building relationships with companies using LifeX for relocation and P&L responsibilities. Essentially, you are responsible for how LifeX is viewed by our partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Influence and execute on founders vision for LifeX while expanding in Denmark
• Primary advocate and promoter of the company in the country 
• Build relationships within real estate and manage the pipeline of supply. Includes scouting, activating and maintaining properties
• Build relationships with companies in Denmark who are looking for relocation services
• Take P&L responsibility for Denmark and focus on growing the bottom line for LifeX
• Ensure occupancy rate and economics of each apartment
• Partner with central tech team to execute local programs
• Sales and Marketing for the country, including hosting local events with help from operations 
• Execute creative and effective marketing & PR campaigns 
• Represent LifeX in media relations and in discussions with strategic partners and governmental agencies.
• Improve processes and metrics in alignment with central teams.

Who are you

• 5+ years of work experience running company operations or equivalent 
• Proven track record in similar role as country manager (within a startup is a plus)
• Operational hustler with a strategic mindset 
• Generalist who can wear different hats and motivate a team
• Execution oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude and focus on member happiness
• Analytical mindset to understand general economics of running a business 
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple communication channels
• Fluent in English & Danish; both written and verbal
