We are looking for either a Chief Technology Officer or a Chief Data-science Officer. We believe that that title is actually not important, but it is about you taking ownership of our data science and technology development. 

As our third co-founder, your mission is take .TIBA global with your vision and expertise. TIBA is an INTENT-based company whose fundamental values of respect, integrity and excellence are modelled every day.

You will have the opportunity to develop our technical architecture, realizing it in iterations with a team that you build.  Currently, .TIBAs development is done together with a remote team, that we expect you to work with and lead.

Like the other founders, you work in both strategy and hands-on execution. We are a team of strategic doers and with you being an experienced full-stack developer, you know that execution is strategy.

.TIBA is the next big wave in health and well-being. You are an A-game player who wants to be part of setting off a new wave, on the same scale as the "quantified-self" movement. We want .TIBA to become the new Headspace for breaking unwanted habits 😲

Your areas of focus are coding excellence, system architecture and data analytics. A background in computer and data science is a strong bonus but not a requirement, as the right person can have found their own way to be the right fit. We do expect you to attract the future tech team and to lead the development team that you need in order to execute our strategy. Your profile, therefore, sets you apart.

Our product consists of a wearable device, called an Aware-able. A mobile app and behavioural data used for interactive psychology content to nudge the user to break habits with.  Our app and Aware-ables have been developed for IOS and Android and are now in public use, starting to collect data for you to work with. 

We have funding to support your development from a series of grants, our first investor is onboard, alongside going into our first major investment round later this year. 

You yourself would lead but also take part in the programming and design of our architecture going forward.

What you will be doing: 

▸ Act as the head of development and spearhead the technology development on the .TIBA platform – working closely with our remote developers and with the founding team.

▸ Build new features and functionalities to help our users break unwanted habits.

▸ Build a scalable platform that can work cross border with different languages.

▸ Build our future data-architecture to collect and use behavioural data to support breaking habits.

What we are looking for:

▸ Has experience being lead-architect or lead-developer.

▸ Has a holistic view of the company’s objectives and always keeps the task on track.

▸ Has both frontend and backend experience.

▸ Has experience working with continuous deployment and integration.

▸ Gets things done in a timely matter with a large degree of entrusted autonomy.

▸ Is proficient and communicative in English as this is our company language.

It is a plus if you have:

▸ Startup experience either as an early-team member or as a founder.

▸ An innovative and data-driven mindset

▸ Experience in Python.

▸ Have a strong data-science background and experience

We can offer you the opportunity to have a central role in a promising health tech venture part of the Health Tech Hub - Copenhagen.

We have raised 1.0M DKK in soft-money recently and is offering equity (10-20%) combined with salary after our funding round.  We would like to asses our team chemistry on a part-time basis to begin with and expect you to move into a full-time position afterwards to fully join.
