Are you excited to be working with the latest stacks and take a whole industry by storm ? We’re looking for a CTO/Tech lead to join our team to focus on building features and capabilities on the Let’s Glow platform that powers our Let’s Glow app and our B2B offering.

The Let’s Glow platform consists of an intuitive customer-centric feed, providing capabilities to aggregate information from hundreds of salons, execute payments and transfers, and automatically build statistical models of personal preferences using machine learning. The platform handles vast amounts of semi-structured data, enabling each user feed to be highly personalized, and help them in return find and book the best treatments/looks/salons for them.

Responsibilities

• Build features and capabilities to support features in our platform and app.
• Design and develop models that provides smart insights to our users.
• Build and maintain scalable services for handling millions of users' personal data.
• Keep the user’s best in mind and contribute ideas and thoughts to the next generation of Let’s Glow

Required skills

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in systems development in one or more of: C, C++, Java, Python, Go. 

Preferred skills

• MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Node JS and React
• Experience from building scalable, service oriented architectures.

We would love if you had...

• Experience with distributed computing (Cassandra, Spark, Hadoop etc.)
• Experience with machine learning (clustering algorithms, recommendation systems, MLlib, Mahout, etc.)
• Experience with information security from a systems development perspective (OWASP, encryption, etc.)
