Who are we?

Nova Fairy Tales is an ambitious startup in the tours and activities sector. We are building a guided tour agency from scratch, utilizing technology and modern means of communication, providing our customers with high quality, personal guided tour experiences. Based in Copenhagen, we are two full time employees, four-part time employees and 25 part time tour guides already operating tours in Copenhagen, Budapest, Malmö and soon other destinations. The job 

We are looking for an open minded, flexible and pro-active colleague who is interested in the world of tourism and great customer experience. As Customer Service Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of our business, such as: providing support to our customers, Destination Managers and Tour Guides. You will also be assisting with administrative office tasks related to the development and operation of our business.

What do we expect from you 

• Are able to communicate with customers on the phone and by email
• Have excellent English language skills, verbally and in writing 
• Handle our booking system and communicate with our suppliers
• Ad hoc tasks, including everything from researching on foreign regulations and assisting Destination Managers in other countries with their work to administration tasks
• Have the drive and creativity to generate ideas and solve problems independently and in teams
• A responsible individual who can prioritize first things first
• Logical thinking, brilliant overview and big structure in daily work
• Are able to take turn with colleagues on covering the phone and booking system over weekends
• The workload will be scheduled between three colleagues seven days a week from 9-17
• Work from our office at Lergravsvej 53, 2300 Copenhagen on weekdays. There is flexibility to work from home/elsewhere, once you are up to speed
