As a customer success manager at QuickOrder, you will be a part of a talented and fast evolving team.
You will be indirectly accountable for our customers' satisfaction, onboarding and general service & support.
You will be a part of managing more than 200 restaurants, and help move that number into the thousands.
We are moving fast and opening new offices in new countries, therefore you will need to strive under those conditions. New opportunities arise often and new hires will be made regularly which requires you to be a team player and a good communicator.
Our customer success team values excellent customer service, smoothness in onboarding, and loves to give our customers jaw-dropping service.
