About the job

You will work at the Copenhagen office with PNO Ventures’ effective four man team who build our customer portal and rental platform. To ensure we truly deliver value to our customers, we are looking for an outstanding candidate who can onboard and support our team and customers in our platform.

The job requires conversations with many different layers in our customer’s organisation to properly onboard all relevant stakeholders in our platform. A key focus for this job is to apply strong human skills to critically assess learning gaps and quickly improve where gaps are present. Managing the onboarding journey for our customers is a success criteria.

We work in a flat organizational structure. We expect that you bring your honest self to work every day, that you are opinionated by experience, but will listen to any qualified argument.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer results

  • Good understanding of software architecture

  • Have helped ship products that solve real problems, and that people use

  • Danish speaking and located in/near Copenhagen

  • Experience with digital customer onboarding, retention and win-back is a plus

 

Skills

  • Ability to listen and critically assess issues/challenges to different audiences

  • Responsible and dedicated to your work and your team

  • Experience building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues

  • A balanced sense of optimism and humility with a desire to make things better
