Behind the implementation of the app, there is allot of planning, explaining and coordinating, and this is where you come in. We promise, there is never a dull day at the office and you will be a part of a strong team consisting of Digital Designers, Developers and Project Managers.


Main Focus

Relesys is on a lookout for a Digital Project Coordinator, situated in Copenhagen, focusing on the Swedish market to begin with. Our client portfolio is growing rapidly and we therefore see the necessity to expand our Client Service Team with a Project Manager supporting our clients. Relesys is on the lookout for the perfect candidate, with passion for software development, digital-design and with the right Start-up attitude to take care of our new clients.

Can you guide our customers through this process, from on-boarding to roll out? Can you communicate the customers need and wishes to the development team? Can you structure all these tasks, and more, at the same time (told you, we are busy)?

Task at hand 

  • Guide the client through the whole of the process from UX/UI investigation, integrations to launch- and follow up meetings.
  • Consult the customer about budgets, time management, possible solutions and implementations processes.
  • Make sure that our tech guys are on board with the project and that all deadlines are met.
  • Assist our Senior Project Manager and work alongside him on bigger projects.
  • Take responsibility for your projects, and make sure that all customers stay happy.

 

Who you are

  • You make sure that things get done in a structured manner and with a constant overview of the processes and the different steps.
  • You have been in the digital landscape before and know the language.
  • You also need to follow up on the customers after launch, we create partners and network, this should also be important to you.
  • We also need you to have strong communication skills in Danish, English and/or Swedish.
  • You have a strong work ethic and an independent work-flow, you take initiative and possess great analytical skills.
  • Last but not least, your independent approach is what make you a good ambassador for the Relesys performance app. Help us in growing people, growing businesses.
