Our clients are some of the biggest retail names in the European market, and they use the app to communicate, share info, train employees, duty plan, reporting and so much more. Behind the implementation of the app there is allot of planning, developing, explaining and coordinating and this is where you come in.

Relesys is on a lookout for a Digital Project Manager working from our HQ in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Our client portfolio is growing rapidly, and we therefore see the necessity to expand our Client Service Team with a Project Manager. Relesys is on the lookout for the perfect candidate, with passion for Software Development, Employee engagement, digital-design and with the right Start-up attitude to take care of our clients. We work with some of the biggest companies in Denmark, especially within the retail business and therefore we are looking for a candidate that does not solely knows their way around the nerdy stuff, but also have the 'likability skill'.

Task at hand

• Manage our 8-week process with on-boarding the clients, making sure they are safely guided through the implementation of their App.
• Consult the customer about budgets, time management, possible solutions and implementations processes.
• Manage the design team aligning them with the wishes from the client.
• Communicate and instruct the development team and setting time frames and estimations.
• Following up on the clients after launch making sure they stay happy.

Our dream candidate:

• You make sure that things get done in a structured manner and with a constant overview of the processes and the different steps.
• You have been in the digital landscape before and know the language, preferably with 2-3 years of experience.
• You also need to follow up on the customers after launch, we believe in the marriage strategy, this should also be important to you.
• You have a strong work ethic and an independent work-flow, you take initiative and possess great analytical skills.
• We also need you to have strong communication skills and that you are fluent in Danish & English.
•  Last but not least, your independent approach is what make you a good ambassador for the Relesys performance app. Help us in growing people, growing businesses.
