e-Commerce intern – driving D2C growth @ international danish design company

Are you a talented digital communicator passionated about creating traffic and sales on our online platforms? Do you have an ambition to be the a TOP resource in 6 months?

DESIGN LETTERS is a Danish design company based at Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. We are a young highly engaged group of people and is now looking for an ambitious intern to join our e-commerce team.

We work on a TOP tech stack with the best tools. You will learn to become expert in the key tools across analytics, CMS, Personalisation, email as well marketing oriented tools to drive GROWTH

Your key focus as e-commerce intern:

• Taking personalisation to next level across customer journey

• A/B testing to improve key metrics

• Support Paid marketing working with some of the best international contractors in the market

• Work with smart automation tools to automate selected processes

• Collecting/extracting and analyzing data from various analytics

• Propose / implement changes to Shopify and campaigns to optimize traffic, sales and conversions on our online platforms,

Skills needed

• basic knowledge of paid marketing channels (Google's Youtube, Display, Search, Facebook and so forth)

• Master all things spreadsheets, pivot tables that sort of thing

• Have a MEGA analytical mindset and a desire to evaluate success metrics (all your ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, CPL … )

• CURIOUS. Test new creatives all the time, with an ability to test out new ideas (and know where to get inspiration)

• Have an unemotional relationship to and a good eye for creatives and products as well as knowing how to make rational decisions purely based on performance (not necessarily on what looks nice)

• Communicate well in English.

We offer: A 6 month accellerated educational and career-promoting internship in one of the most successful design companies in Denmark. We are 30 highly committed people working around the world, 22 of us based in Copenhagen. We offer a position in a young dynamic organization with great work environment, lots of fun and Friday Bar. 

The working hours are 37h weekly. The position is unpaid.

THe ambition is to transfer the internship into future job if both parties are interested.
