We’re looking for a full-time growth hacker with flawless English skills who delivers captivating content, frameworks and digital optimisation to grow our business across the Nordics.
Our B2B service, Nordic API Gateway, enables companies to build innovative and personalised solutions on top of data from any Nordic bank. You’ll help us make the world aware of Nordic API Gateway through digital campaigns, quick hacks and sustainable growth throughout the whole marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
Own, build, analyse and optimise all digital channels, including Facebook, Google Ads, Taboola and others
Be the driving force behind building and maintaining an experiment-oriented growth process, including design implementation, reflection on experiments and projects across the whole marketing funnel in collaboration with the CMO and Sales
Proactively seek and identify new channels and opportunities to help customer growth
Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns and onboarding of SMB customers
Transform data into actionable marketing activities in collaboration with the tech teams
Build and improve the overall marketing performance through automation
Lead the implementation and automation of HubSpot to help drive leads for Sales and make manual processes a part of the past.
We expect you to:
Have experience from a B2B company or from a SaaS organisation
Have at least two years of experience with the growth process and a data-driven marketing approach
Have proven experience with Hubspot
Have excellent content creation, writing, editing and proofreading skills in professional-level English
Enjoy collaborating across teams to create value and solve problems
Be highly skilled in Linkedin Campaign manager and Google Ads manager
Have strong data skills.
