Sp8ces is transforming restaurants, hotels and upscale cafe's - that have excess capacity during day in terms of beautiful rooms, dedicated areas or locations - into a unique network of business coworking lounges for entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers and corporates to work and meet - daily or just once in while. By having exclusive working lounges in ever neighborhood we do not only use existing beautiful resources better we also reduce the need for an often costly and carbon-heavy commute.

We are looking for a talented full-stack developer to join our team at Sp8ces.

This role is responsible for coding, optimizing, fixing, debugging and testing the existing website, from the design to function. Our current website is build in Wordpress. You will also play a vital part in building our future website and other solutions.

You will have: 

2+ years WordPress development experience, including plugins and integrations

Hands on experience building responsive websites

Experience building modular, clean, testable and highly maintainable code within WordPress environment

Strong knowledge of programming patterns, object oriented programming, PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript 

Bonus with SQL, Angular. React, Laravel and/or Python skills

Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them 

Zero intimidation of new technologies and ability to self-teach quickly yourself on the fly 

Ability to communicate positively and honestly 

Strong work ethic and reliability 

Remote work possible

You will initially join us for 2 days a week with the aim of turning the position full time.
