Venyo is all about discovering who is going where, and swiping and matching with people that are going to the same venues as you, at the same time as you. This makes it easy and informal to casually meet at your common event, and get to know each other in real life, instead of through text like on existing social/dating apps. We at Venyo dread the time wasting "couch dating" culture created by Tinder and we want to change that!

We are a relatively new Copenhagen based startup, but we already have more than 1000 monthly users and partnerships with several of Copenhagen’s hottest clubs. We are two young co-founders waiting for our CTO in shining armor. Additionally, we are backed by a very experienced danish business angle in Nicolaj Højer Nielsen. With the right person onboard, we have a chance to create very cool technology with massive global potential. The best has yet to come!

You must have:

• Expert experience with Objective C and Node.js

• Experience developing iOS applications

• “Full-stack” knowledge

Bonus points if you have:

• A BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering from a top school, but a wonderful project list trumps all 

• Prior startup experience is fantastic (but not necessary); being scrappy will help you hit the ground running 

• Experience developing testing suites for mobile applications 

• Experience with web technologies (javascript, CSS, HTML5, ...)
