Pointvoucher facilitates the connection between consumers and brands and gives them a reason to engage in a fun, playful and rewarding way. Our concept enables people to get something of real value in return for the time they spend playing branded mobile games connected to Pointvoucher. While brands get a plug 'n' play marketing platform with high conversion rates, data & permissions, drive-to-shop mechanism, huge engagement rates and access to new customers through the platform.

Do you have a real passion for creating innovative digital platforms, UX and do you also love games? We’re looking for a new Head of Platform who can help us take our Pointvoucher platform to the next level and make it damn cool. You’ll join our design and development team in Copenhagen and work in an inspirational and fast moving environment with visionary people.

You will 

• Responsible for the platform roadmap, app plugin and Pointvoucher platform.
• Develop briefs for our UX and design team.
• Develop specifications and documentation for our development team.
• Create and prioritize tasks.
• Do estimations together with the team.
• Manage sprints and feature planning together with our CTO.
• Gather feedback and requirements from stakeholders.
• Do hands-on UX and wireframing.
• Create user stories and test scenarios.
• Help recruit and hire UX and digital designers.
• Stay updated with the latest UX, design and tech trends etc.  
• Report to the management team.
  
  

You have 

• 5+ years experience in developing digital products and platforms.
• 3+ years in managing teams.
• A background within UX and digital development. 
• Great experience driving development projects forward and delivering in time. 
• Knowledge of gamification.
• Strong project management skills.
• A strong network of UX and digital designers in Denmark.
• Great experience with Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence or similar.
• Interest in online and mobile gaming.
