TrainAway is a tech start-up with the purpose of making it easier for travelers to work out when on the move – so read on if you want to be a part of the growing digital economy! We are looking for an intern for design combined with marketing tasks. At TrainAway you will be part of a growing company and that means responsibility and many different kinds of projects!
Internship as multimedia designer
If you are independent and thrive with responsibility and find it interesting to be part of a new and fast-growing company, TrainAway is for you. Since we depend heavily on our platform development skills are much appreciated but not a must.
Your educational background
We imagine that you are in the last part of your studies at KEA, CPH business or another relevant university. If you are not studying one of the above mentioned, but are in to working with design and multimedia and have a relevant profile we would be happy to hear from you.
You will get experience with the following tasks
Designing an App and website
Creating graphical material for marketing and communication
Handling a website and app
Learning about working in an international start-up
Project management
Learning about starting a tech company
Making commercial videos
Learn about SEO
White label solutions
Your competences
Great English proficiency oral and written
You are great at creating new ideas and can work independently
You have experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar
You have experience with UX-design
Thrive with handling different assignments
About the company
TrainAway was founded in 2017 by three partners with backgrounds in Management Consulting and Private Equity. Since then we've grown from strength to strength, now growing at our fastest ever rate and are live in 40 countries. We're based in one of Copenhagen's most exciting startup hubs at Frederiksberg.
The working climate is friendly, creative and informal with everyone encouraged to contribute. We particularly value your development: you won't be making coffee here! We are flexible and fully aware that you have one or several projects as part of your studies, as well as possibly having a part-time job on the side.
The internship is unpaid. If you have any questions regarding the internship you are welcome to call or write to Kristian Toft directly during work hours. The deadline for application is 15 May 2020 but interviews will be held on an ongoing basis, with the position filled before then if the right candidate is found. The internship will start in June and is for a minimum of 3 months.
