The job
As our new Marketing and Customer Insights Manager, your job will be to:
- Provide customer insights by leading user interviews
- Deliver market insights by crunching data and monitoring competition
- Ensure customer support to ensure customer success
- Create content marketing and spread it out through SoMe channels and newsletters
- Participate in preparing marketing material for lead generation campaigns
The number of working hours will on average be 15-20 hours/week, and yes, it will be flexible.
You
You study marketing, and you are probably in the last year of your Bachelor or in the first year of your Master.
- You are friendly with a humble and curious approach
- You are comfortable with SoMe, working with MailChimp, Intercom etc.
- You take ownership, can work independently and achieve what you want
- You are fluent in English, speaking and writing (Danish is a plus)
