About the job:
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation expert, to help us capture new markets and keep customer activation on top throughout our European growth. We are looking for you who can independently create and optimise funnels and digital marketing flows.
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and data-driven digital marketing specialist with expertise and experience in user acquisition and growth hacking. You will be a critical member of the team and have a high level of responsibility within some or all of the following:
Implement the optimal marketing tech stack
Manage paid advertising campaigns
Create engaging content for PR, Blog and SoMe
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
Create & optimize landing pages for lead generation and sales
Perform A/B testing & ROI optimization across digital activities
Create workflows and customer journey maps to guide the build of the campaign/process.
Implementing and managing the Marketing automation stack, including pixel placement and management, tracking URLs, Google Tag Manager optimization, connecting website forms and pop-ups to Marketing automation tools, etc.
Requirements:
You have a deep understanding for marketing automation and am excited to always drive improvements. We believe the right mindset and willingness is a much better prerequisite than the right education, but some previous experience in the following is appreciated:
2 years experience in Marketing Automation.
Hands-on work with Segment, Autopilot, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Amplitude, Google analytics and/or other marketing automation & analytics tools.
Experience designing and implementing user journeys & sales funnels including landing pages, checkout processes, upsell schemes etc.
