Queue-it is looking for a talented student to support our inbound marketing organization. We are seeking a person who is passionate about Marketing Communications and who is able to create clear and concise messages based on insights on key industries and markets.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment and will bring a lot of energy and passion to his/her work.

We are working with leading retail brands, ticket vendors, government and educational organizations as well as ICOs across the globe to ensure that their customers and users have the best possible experience during peak web traffic. With Queue-it, our customers can provide their online users a fair and frustration-free online experience during the most business-critical times.

As this position is a potential career path within the organization, your success depends on your ability to understand our business and turn this insight into actionable social media, content and influencer marketing opportunities for the company.

The Role:

• Contribute to social media planning and writing
• Write social media posts and report on results
• Research external articles, infographics, guides and create a ‘tool box’ of content Queue-it can share and engage with on social media
• Identify key discussions Queue-it should be part of on social media
• Maintain a social media monthly calendar in collaboration with the Head of Content
• Contribute to the influencer marketing plan
• Identify and reach out to key influencers in collaboration with the Head of Content
• Identify and facilitate conversations on relevant retail tech and retail e-commerce platforms (e.g. Reddit, GitHub, Medium etc.)
• Contribute to the content plan
• Write news posts based on press articles
• Write ad-hoc content pieces for tradeshow events, videos and customer success stories in collaboration with the Head of Content

About You:

• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Passionate and excited about social media, content and influencer marketing
• Native English speaker
• Highly structured and a strong executer
• Ambitious, motivated and result oriented individual
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous comparable work experience is preferred
