NoMore is looking to hire a full-time summer office manager intern to help us grow. You will be part of our team, playing a vital role growing our company. The earliest starting date is June 26th 2017.

Role description: Office Manager Intern 

  1. Introduction to the position An Intern with NoMore becomes a part of the team and will be working side by side with the rest of team with the aim of building a great company.

 

The Office Manager Intern will report directly to the CEO.

 

  1. Role specific tasks: The role of Office Manager Intern is focused mainly on ‘building the business’ and supporting ongoing growth.

 

The Office Manager Intern can expect to be working in some of the following areas:

  • Identifying new business opportunities across the target markets of NoMore
  • Supporting the sales team in the onboarding of new customers
  • Supporting the office recruiting processes. This includes:
  • Creating job applications
  • Managing job applicants
  • Planning and supporting the onboarding process
  • Supporting the management of office activities.This includes:
  • Setting up and preparing training sessions
  • Managing the company accounting system
  • Managing client invoicing
  • Supporting communication and marketing efforts
  • Supporting execution of external communication material
  • Various other ad hoc activities
  • Managing office kitchen and cleaning schedules
