MATE BIKE International is a young SKYROCKETING, COOL & VIBRANT start-up on a mission to start the e-bike revolution and get the world to ride more bikes. We have been running the most successful crowdfunding campaign in Denmark and we are now heading into the next face of securing the success of the campaign, making sure the backer and customer journey is excellent and ensure that our business will continue to grow.

Internship Full time / Part time (unpaid) - Minimum: 3 months (12 weeks)

We are looking for an awesome new mate to join our team at our office close to Nørrebro Station and assist our marketing- and customer success team in the written and visual representation of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will be managing all of our SoMe channels and creating a strategy alongside our team as well as producing and creating online content for our Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

TASKS: 

• Create content in relation to graphic designer for SoMe
• Assist our customer success team in Effectively managing backers and customer requests through our Zendesk support center.
• Support our marketing team in terms of sales (promotions, competitions etc.).
• Assist in the creation of a consistent content strategy for all aspects of our Social Media channels as well as executing the tactics. 
• Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
• Be our voice outwards in terms of visual and written communication on SoMe.
• Various ad hoc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have excellent written skills in English.
• Have great aesthetics.
• Some degree of experience or knowledge with social media and marketing.
• Understand the terms “branding” and “storytelling” and execute them to the next level.
• You understand how to communicate visually and verbally and is a heavy social media user.
• You know how to turn a story or situation to your advantage.
• Have a commercial mindset.

• Are able to work independently as well as in teams.
• Are able to communicate in English.
