We are looking for a skilled and experienced software quality engineer that can navigate complex transactional systems and help us lead the way towards the launch of one of the most exciting new products in our industry.
We need your help to build and launch the next generation of EveryonePrint. What we are looking for is an engineer that “speaks business” but write in code and is open to a variety of implementation languages and agile approaches. From a very high level point of view, our software solution includes a server based software running on Windows and Linux, software embedded on multi-function printers, mobile Apps and workstation clients (Windows, Mac and Linux).
Your key responsibilities will be to define test strategies, plans and cases, build as much automated testing as possible in collaboration with the developers, perform ongoing tests, reporting for product management and partners, and everything else that quality assurance entails.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years of quality assurance (QA) experience, including white-box, gray-box, black-box, performance, regression, acceptance and functional testing.
• 2+ years of automation experience working in a service oriented architecture (SOA) environment for front-end and/or back-end testing (Selenium is an advantage).
• 2+ years of web based performance testing and analysis (jMeter an advantage).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working in Linux environments with command-line tools for debugging, analysis, and automation (we use RedHat/CentOS and SUSE primarily).
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL based DB systems (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Derby).
• Experience in configuring and using a Continuous Integration and release management system like Jenkins, TeamCity or Bamboo.
• Experience configuring VMWare and Amazon AWS virtual environments
• Experience working with customers to define SLAs, creating test plans and acceptance testing.
• Extremely comfortable working in a virtual and very fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Great at multi-tasking and delivering quality solutions under deadlines.
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience is required.
• Ideally ISTQB certified.
• Fluent in English both verbally and written (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement)
