The Department:
Become a part of Valuer's Customer Success department. All tasks in the department are related to deliveries for Valuer's enterprise customers, and offers a mix between practical day to day tasks and projects focused on improving workflow and quality of deliveries. The Customer Success department is working closely together with Sales and Development, with frequent tasks supporting the sales process and providing insight and ideas for improvements of the Valuer platform.
The role:
Develop, design and manage a digital innovation community from the ground up
Develop and improve workflows and processes related to communication and deliveries.
Connect with Startups in our platform for the second stage of a potential investment by scheduling calls, interviews, and general correspondence
Evaluate, communicate and guide startups into corporate partnerships and collaborations.
Responsible for startup outreach, management, and the tasks associated with ensuring a correct representation of their business model towards the potential corporate partners
Your profile:
Passion for startups and new business ventures
History of sales or account management will be a plus
Analytical mindset and approach to solving tasks
Entrepreneurial mindset and desires
Strong communication, editing, and writing skills
Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once
Deadline-driven mentality
Personal initiative and independence
Fluency in English
