We want to disrupt and innovate how job-portals work. Forget the long list of irrelevant jobs that you have to scroll through at Jobindex. Forget about the old ways of reading job-post and writing applications. Why not use a video? a case competition or something else to post and apply for jobs?

We want to make the job-hunt easy and truly engaging (and almost fun) for young students. Searching for jobs should be process filled with excitement for the future, not current boring process that nobody likes.

The position:

As our UI/UX Designer your main responsibility will be to further improve and design our platforms (website, the web-app, and the company dashboard)

This will be done in 2 ways:

1. Fast prototyping, with iterative sketching and swift creating of low-fi wireframes. This is used to do fast user-testing and make swift decision.
2. Detailed graphic work and high-fi wireframes. This will be used directly by our developers and will be part of our next version.

You are :)

• Experienced with the relevant Wireframe tools such as Adobe Xd.
• Experienced with relevant design tools such as Ai, Ps, Id
• Enrolled in a relevant education and is seeking a internship, or just graduated willing to prove your skills
• Able to show a portfolio so we can see what kind of work you have done previously
• Willing take ownership and responsibility of your work and follow features from beginning to end

You will work in close collaboration with the entire team, being the Link between management, concept development and Software development

You are not :(

• Set in your way, thinking you know it all
• Only working your way, and not willing to learn new tricks
• An individualist setting yourself before the team
• Located outside Europe with no valid work permit in DK

This is a unpaid position but we are looking to expand our team, so if the chemistry and competences are right, then we are hoping that you would like to join the team in the long run with salary or equities.
