ERNIT is the world’s first digital piggy bank, consisting of an iOS / Android app and a connected, physical piggy bank, made to teach children and their parents how to give, save and spend wisely in a world of digital money.

We are working hard to provide a great place for kids and their families to prosper and learn when it comes to being smart about money. We believe that setting goals and the values these bring along is key when it comes to getting important skills for life – like patience, generosity and gratefulness. We’re looking for a structured, passionate and motivated UX designer to join our team in Copenhagen as soon as possible.

You understand that speed is survival and love to collaborate and share ideas with everybody on the team to build a beautiful, scalable and well-functional product. You are proactive and are capable of identifying and acting on your own findings. You make your design proposals through field research and customer-centric insights. You thrive working cross-functionally and know that communication with all team members is crucial to successfully iterating on our product and providing a dazzling and consistent user experience across our platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Working creatively with everybody on the team to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions and oversee the building process
• Use data from existing product to optimize the user interaction
• Conducting user interviews of prototypes before production
• Combine business milestones with data and our 'why'
• Using the feedback coming from our users in a constructive way to constantly improve the user experience
• Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment!

What we’re looking for

• Great UX skills
• Methodical approach to the UX process
• Experience within data- and user-driven design
• A love for details and 'covering all bases'
• A continuous curiosity for what’s next
• Great communication skills

Pluses

• Experience with end-to-end product design
• Cross-platform design experience (Web, android, iOS, communications)
• Experience in game theory & design
• Experience in designing for/with kids
